Prior to starting Libra Analytics, Mr. Lontay spent over 15 years at a leading national economics and statistics consulting firm, where he provided consulting services on hundreds of high-profile labor and employment class action and PAGA matters. Holding a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Applied Statistics, Mr. Lontay’s skills include utilizing advanced statistical methods to analyze large and complex databases, building financial models, and calculating economic damages. In the Labor and Employment service area, he has specialized in supporting clients with wage and hour litigation, PAGA compliance analyses, and the investigation of discrimination claims.
